Jared was born and raised here in Bakersfield where he grew up working for his family's grocery business. Upon graduating from high school he joined the United States Marine Corps and spent the next 8 years traveling the world. His last assignment in the Marine Corps was the management of a recruiting station in Pennsylvania. During that time he was trained in sales, marketing, & communication skills. It was there that he was first introduced to the real estate business & began his career. Upon the completion of his tour in the Marine Corps he left Pennsylvania and returned home to Bakersfield. It was an easy decision to continue with his already successful career in Real Estate. 

Jared quickly established himself as a top producer and takes pride in providing the best customer service possible. He is dedicated to being the best and enjoys thinking "outside of the box" and coming up with new marketing ideas to help his clients. He is very "tech savvy" and utilizes this to help serve his clients with new and innovative marketing.

Holly was born on the central coast and moved to the Bakersfield area with her family in 1990. She grew up working for her family's pest control company and managed the termite department. During that time she had a lot of interaction with the real estate community and she was eventually swayed to manage a local real estate loan company. She then obtained her real estate license, continued to manage the company, and also originated home loans. After a few years in the loan industry she realized that she wanted to have more interaction with the home buyers and help them with the entire real estate transaction. It was then that she decided to join The Cope Real Estate Team.

Holly's honest & sincere desire to help people make her a great choice for buyer representation. She is hard working, detail orientated, and always puts her clients first. Her knowledge of the mortgage industry and great people skills have made her a great fit for The Cope Real Estate Team. Jessica is another Bakersfield native with strong ties to the real estate industry. Her first job of setting appointments for a large local real estate company she got thanks to the help of a family member who was an agent/manager at the company. She excelled quickly and was noticed as a hard worker with the ability to solve problems and manage many tasks at once. She worked through the ranks and before long was hired as the office manager of another local company where she helped to set up and start a new office.

Jessica has brought organizational savvy and strong systems to The Cope Real Estate Team. She is behind the scenes making sure that all of your transactions are running smoothly, close on time, and that all of the I's are dotted and T's crossed!
