Jared was born and raised here in Bakersfield where he grew up working for his family's grocery business. Upon graduating from high school he joined the United States Marine Corps and spent the next 8 years traveling the world. His last assignment in the Marine Corps was the management of a recruiting station in Pennsylvania. During that time he was trained in sales, marketing, & communication skills. It was there that he was first introduced to the real estate business & began his career. Upon the completion of his tour in the Marine Corps he left Pennsylvania and returned home to Bakersfield. It was an easy decision to continue with his already successful career in Real Estate.
Jared quickly established himself as a top producer and takes pride in providing the best customer service possible. He is dedicated to being the best and enjoys thinking "outside of the box" and coming up with new marketing ideas to help his clients. He is very "tech savvy" and utilizes this to help serve his clients with new and innovative marketing.
NiCole is a Fresno native that moved to Bakersfield as a young child where she attended St. Francis school. Her first job was in a customer service call center where she learned she had a knack for people, communication, and helping people with their needs. She entered the real estate community a few years later starting out in the loan origination field. NiCole soon realized that she needed a little more fun and excitement and wanted to be out in the streets helping people buy and sell homes.
NiCole has had great success helping her clients find the perfect home and has more recently tackled the tough field of negotiating short sales for her valued clients. She is a great team player and a valuable asset to The Cope Real Estate Team!
Amy originates from Ventura County and moved to Bakersfield in 2003 due to a family job transfer. They quickly fell in love and decided Bakersfield would their new home for good. Amy has a customer service background and is very organized, detailed, and enthusiastic. She is a pleasure to work with and handles all the property management, billing, and marketing for the team.
Brenda was born in the coastal town of Santa Maria and moved to Bakersfield with her family right out of high school. Her first local job was at a large real estate firm where she learned file management, property management, transaction details, and the overall ins and outs of the business. Once realizing she really enjoyed the real estate field Brenda began to search for a place with a great atmosphere where she could really excel and continue to learn in the business. She found that home with The Cope Real Estate Team and has really turned into a valuable asset for the team with a wealth of knowledge about the real estate business!
